MORNING GENTLE YOGA

Learn your poses with an emphasis on breathing, physical awareness and relaxation. The foundations for this class will be proper alignment, breathing techniques and guided meditation. There will be modifications of poses and the option to use chairs and blocks to help the student with poses. Dress in loose comfortable clothing. Bring a small blanket, a strap and your own yoga mat. Some yoga mats, blocks, straps, and blankets will be available for use.

*New- in association with the Veterans Yoga Project, this class will be offered for free to veterans.
