New Year, New Nutrition Habits (Nutrition 101): Kickstart your year with a comprehensive nutrition class designed to help you establish nutritious habits. This class covers the fundamentals of nutrition, including macronutrients, micronutrients, and creating balanced meals so you can make informed food choices throughout 2025!

Taylor Cain

Instructor

Taylor has been a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist for seven years. She completed her Bachelor of Science and dietetic internship at Rutgers University in New Jersey. Taylor has a passion for learning and went on to complete her Master's Degree in human and community nutrition at the University of Alabama.

Over the past several years, Taylor has held positions in retail community nutrition, clinically supervised weight management, and preventative telehealth counseling. She has also held adjunct positions at her alma mater, as she loves education and giving back to her community!

As a dietitian, Taylor is dedicated to empowering people to build a personalized relationship with food through group education. She is so excited that you are interested in joining in on this health and wellness journey!
