National Nutrition Month: Mindful Bites for Anytime: 

No matter the scenario, it is essential to fuel with a balanced snack to make it through these busy days. Throughout class we will navigate how to build a balanced snack as well as discuss trendy dietitian approved product recommendations to ensure variety in your routine.

Taylor Cain

Instructor

Taylor has been a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist for seven years. She completed her Bachelor of Science and dietetic internship at Rutgers University in New Jersey. Taylor has a passion for learning and went on to complete her Master's Degree in human and community nutrition at the University of Alabama.

Over the past several years, Taylor has held positions in retail community nutrition, clinically supervised weight management, and preventative telehealth counseling. She has also held adjunct positions at her alma mater, as she loves education and giving back to her community!

As a dietitian, Taylor is dedicated to empowering people to build a personalized relationship with food through group education. She is so excited that you are interested in joining in on this health and wellness journey!
