  • GIRLS BASKETBALL CAMP ENTERING GRADE 4 - 8

    SUMMER GIRLS BASKETBALL CAMP ENTERING GR 4-8Basketball fundamentals and team play will be stressed during the week. Players will work on team offense and individual offensive skills such as: shooting, ball handling, passing, rebounding and offensive moves. Individual defensive skills and team defense will also be covered. 8th graders who attend this camp are welcome to attend the varsity camp for free. Your child will receive a t-shirt for participating, please note her t-shirt size when registering, we will not be able to ensure correct sizes after May 15th

    ROYALS SUMMER GIRLS BASKETBALL CAMP  ENTERING GR 9-12 PLEASE NOTE: THERE ARE 2 OPTIONS YOU CAN SELECT FROM 1.) OPTION A-STUDENT WILL RECEIVE A TSHIRT 2.) OPTION B STUDENT WILL NOT RECEIVE A TSHIRT Athletes who are contemplating playing basketball next year or would like to try basketball as a varsity sport are invited to this camp. Basketball fundamentals and team play will be stressed during the week. Players will work on team offense and individual offensive skills such as: shooting, ball handling, passing, rebounding and offensive moves. Individual defensive skills and team defense will also be covered. If you cannot attend everyday we are flexible enough to accommodate your schedule. See Coach Rosholt if you have conflicts. This camp will be a great springboard into next season. The camp will be equivalent to 16 practices. That’s the same as 30% of our in-season practices. 8th graders who attend the middle school camp are welcome to attend the varsity camp for free. Your child will receive a t-shirt for participating, please note her t-shirt size when registering, we will not be able to ensure correct sizes after May 15th

    ROYALS BOYS BASKETBALL SUMMER CAMPENTERING GR 3 - 8W-M Basketball Coaches are offering a camp for boys that will emphasize offensive and defensive skills and fundamentals. Players will have the opportunity to compete in competitive games and contests as well. Questions may be directed to Coach Janikula at 952-955-0426.   • ROYALS FOOTBALL CAMP ENTERING GR 3-8

    RoyalsFootball Youth CampEntering GR 3-8Participants will work with the Royals Varsity Football staff and players in order to learn the fundamentals of offense and defensive play. Quarterbacks, receivers, and running backs will work together on basic pass routes, throwing, catching, and running with the football. Proper “heads up tackling,” defensive line, linebacker, and defensive back techniques will be introduced. Touch drills and games will be incorporated throughout.

    WRESTLING CAMP ENTERING GR K-12Wrestling Camp for youth entering kindergarten -12th grade will be held Monday June, 24th - Thursday, June 27th in the Watertown-Mayer High School Wrestling Room. Instructors will be the W-M High School Coaching staff and other to be determined clinicians. 
  • YOUTH FLAG FOOTBALL LEAGUE ENTERING GRADE 3 & 4

    Youth Flag Football LeagueEntering GR 3 & 4The focus will be to build the fundamental skills of football whileincorporating intramural competition. The first few practices will be spent working on skills and drills, teams will be formed, and then round robin competition will occupy the remainder of the nights. Teams will be divided in order to ensure maximum participation. One or two volunteer parent coaches are needed for each team. There will be 6 to 8 teams. Spikes are not necessary.

    YOUTH TACKLE-BAR FOOTBALL LEAGUE ENTERING GR 5The focus will be to build the fundamental skills of football while incorporating “Tackle Bars” as a bridge to full tackle football. The first 3-4 practices will be spent working on skills, determining positions, and dividing into teams. Teams will be divided in order to ensure maximum participation. We participate in an area league for game play.A minimum of two volunteer parent coaches are needed for each teams. All coaches will be required to be USA Football “Heads Up” certified.
