    BALLROOM DANCE BEGINNERGreat class to get ready for a wedding dance! This all time favorite dance class offers you the perfect overview of popular social dances. Learn the conversation and corner step in the smooth fox trot, sometimes called slow dancing. The basic box step and waltz steps will be taught in the elegant ballroom waltz, and yes, even basics and women’s under arm turns and alternating turns will be taught in the “hot” East Coast Swing. Couples please.
  • Core De Force

    CORE DE FORCEIs a mixed martial arts-inspired workout. In this non-contact, high-energy, total-body sculpting class you will combine movements from western Boxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, and more using only your body weight to get AMAZING results. Classes focus on agility, control, balance, and precision. It’s a high-energy workout, with 3-minute Rounds of fight combinations, spikes, and conditioning movements. Throughout the class, the focus is core-centric movement designed to develop a strong, powerful core. Participants move at their own pace, finding the sweet spot of purposeful technique, and challenging tempos. This makes the class appropriate for seasoned athletes and beginners alike.

    COUNTRY WESTERN 2-STEP FOR BEGINNERSThis all time favorite dance is back! Learn the two-step, three-step, and the swing, all with a bit of country! You’ll master the exciting and fun under arm turns, the wraps, and the corner steps.Dance is the most fun way to exercise.Wear comfortable shoes.This class is for couples or pairs only, so grab a friend and sign up today!   • Morning Gentle Yoga

    MORNING GENTLE YOGALearn your poses with an emphasis on breathing, physical awareness and relaxation. The foundations for this class will be proper alignment, breathing techniques and guided meditation. There will be modifications of poses and the option to use chairs and blocks to help the student with poses. Dress in loose comfortable clothing. Bring a small blanket, a strap and your own yoga mat. Some yoga mats, blocks, straps, and blankets will be available for use.*New- in association with the Veterans Yoga Project, this class will be offered for free to veterans.     POWER YOGASet to music, this challenging and rewarding class will help build strength, increase flexibility, and find focus.Power Yoga is a Vinyasa yoga class, meaning students flow through yoga sequence linking each breath to a different posture.The movement helps build heat within the body and allow participants to sink deeper into each posture.This class is perfect for beginning and intermediate yogis.We’ll spend time in the first few sessions breaking down the postures and flowing at a moderate pace to help learn or refine the fundamentals of vinyasa yoga.
