    CORE DE FORCEIs a mixed martial arts-inspired workout. In this non-contact, high-energy, total-body sculpting class you will combine movements from western Boxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, and more using only your body weight to get AMAZING results. Classes focus on agility, control, balance, and precision. It’s a high-energy workout, with 3-minute Rounds of fight combinations, spikes, and conditioning movements. Throughout the class, the focus is core-centric movement designed to develop a strong, powerful core. Participants move at their own pace, finding the sweet spot of purposeful technique, and challenging tempos. This makes the class appropriate for seasoned athletes and beginners alike.
  • Power Yoga

    POWER YOGASet to music, this challenging and rewarding class will help build strength, increase flexibility, and find focus.Power Yoga is a Vinyasa yoga class, meaning students flow through yoga sequence linking each breath to a different posture.The movement helps build heat within the body and allow participants to sink deeper into each posture.This class is perfect for beginning and intermediate yogis.We’ll spend time in the first few sessions breaking down the postures and flowing at a moderate pace to help learn or refine the fundamentals of vinyasa yoga. Bring a mat, water, and towel. Dates are subject to change with notice.Dates will be rescheduled based on instructor and facility availability. No refunds/prorated fees will be provided.
