    Set to music, this all-levels class will help build strength, increase flexibility, and focus. Vinyasa yoga means students flow through yoga sequence linking each breath to a different posture. The movement helps build heat within the body and allow participants to sink deeper into each posture. Beginning and experienced yogis are welcome! Bring a yoga mat, water, and a yoga block and strap if you have it. Dates are subject to change with notice. Dates will be rescheduled based on instructor and facility availability. No refunds/prorated fees will be provided.

Learn the conversation and corner step in the smooth fox trot, sometimes called slow dancing. The basic box step and waltz steps will be taught in the elegant ballroom waltz, and yes, even basics and women’s under arm turns and alternating turns will be taught in the “hot” East Coast Swing.     BALLROOM DANCE BEGINNER Great class to get ready for a wedding dance! This all time favorite dance class offers you the perfect overview of popular social dances.   • CHAIR & STANDING YOGA

    Come out and try this new class to get yourself moving in our new fitness room. Chair yoga is a general term for practices that modify yoga poses so that they can be done while seated in a chair. These modifications make yoga accessible to people who cannot stand or lack the mobility to move easily from standing to seated to supine positions. While seated on chairs, students can do versions of twists, hip stretches, forward bends, and mild backbends. *NEW in association with the Veterans Yoga Project, this class will be offered for free to veterans.     COUNTRY WESTERN LINE DANCING FOR BEGINNERS No Partners needed, Open to all, Adults, Kids, Teens, Seniors…This class is perfect for all levels of experience. Learn the South Side Shuffle, Country Waltz, Cowboy Cha, Cha, 16 Step Polka, Swingin’ Line Dance, and the Scoot.   • DANCE PARTY!

    DANCE PARTY! No Partners needed, Open to all, Adults, Kids, Teens, Seniors…This class will offer dance patterns and “moves” that will be usable in small spaces: night clubs, parties, weddings and more. Various under arm turns and cross turns for both dancers are easily done. Leads and following are encouraged for smooth execution of the dance. Swing Sway plus “ Lindy Moves”.   • Morning Gentle Yoga

    MORNING GENTLE YOGA Learn your poses with an emphasis on breathing, physical awareness and relaxation. The foundations for this class will be proper alignment, breathing techniques and guided meditation. There will be modifications of poses and the option to use chairs and blocks to help the student with poses. Dress in loose comfortable clothing. Bring a small blanket, a strap and your own yoga mat. Some yoga mats, blocks, straps, and blankets will be available for use. *New- in association with the Veterans Yoga Project, this class will be offered for free to veterans.     Have you heard the phrase, “If you don’t use it, you lose it”? REV+FLOW strengthens bodies and sculpts muscles through targeted, music-based movements and resistance training. This workout will challenge your body in new and unique ways through easy-to-follow movements and uplifting music. REV+FLOW is a dynamic, low impact workout that's easy on your joints without compromising the intensity of your workout. All fitness levels welcome! REFIT punch cards will be honored for REV + FLOW classes.

Participants interested in attending morning sessions of REV+FLOW must register for these sessions. A minimum of six students will need to be registered the week prior to the start of the session for the session to run.

    Walking At the High School 1.Register at the W-M Community Education office at 313 Angel Ave NW Watertown between the hours of 7:30 am – 5:45 pm 2.Free of Charge 3.You will receive a badge from the W-M Community Education Office. Walkers will be required to wear while walking at the W-M High School 1001 Hwy 25 NW. 4.Please enter the W-M High School through Door # 6. The upper High School Parking lot area 5.Unfortunately, there are not lockers available to hold coats or valuables. 6.During Sporting Events Walkers will be requested to walk in the hallways west of the competition gym. (If You would like to watch the game, you would be required to pay) If you are 65 an older the attendance at games/ matches is free.
