    BEGINNING LADIES GOLF LESSON Series This program is structured for ladies that want to understand the overall mechanics of the golf swing. You will learn the full swing as well as the short game (chipping, pitching and putting). The main goal of this program is to have fun and be able to manage yourself around the golf course. Range balls are included and clubs are available if needed. There will be a chance to play on the course on the last night. Registration Deadline is May 13 for session 1 and June 17 for session 2.
  • Ballroom Dance for Beginners

    BALLROOM DANCE BEGINNER Great class to prepare for a wedding dance! This all time favorite dance class offers you the perfect overview of popular social dances. Learn the conversation and corner step in the smooth fox trot, sometimes called slow dancing. The basic box step and waltz steps will be taught in the elegant ballroom waltz, and yes, even basics and women’s under arm turns and alternating turns will be taught in the “hot” East Coast Swing. Couples only please. Class is open to everyone age 15+.

    LADIES INTERMEDIATE GROUP LESSON SERIES This series is structured for women who have completed the Beginner Ladies Series or feel their game is ready for the next level of instruction. Our vision in this series is to focus on correct fundamentals. Emphasis will be on grip, stance and posture and how it relates to overall ball striking. Full swing and short game (chipping, pitching and putting) will be covered. Range balls are included and clubs are available if needed. There will be a chance to play on the course on the last night. Registration deadline is May 12 for session 1 and June 16 for session 2.

    MORNING OUTDOOR BOOTCAMP & YOGA Missing in-person workouts? Looking to commit to a morning routine this summer? Kick off your summer with two weeks of strength training, cardio, and yoga. Each hour-long class will consist of 40 minutes of circuit-based workouts including strength and cardio circuits. We will wind down with 20 minutes of yoga and intention-setting for the day.     PICKLEBALL at the Mayer Community Center Sign up to play! You can purchase one time slot for $15 or 10 time slots for $150. The time slot is good for 2-4 players. All equipment is included. The net and court lines will be set up in the Mayer Community Center. One hour time slots available on Tuesday/and or Thursday nights from 6 - 9 pm (based on availability). To purchase time slots, please contact W-M Community Ed at 952-955- 0280. Pickleball court time must be purchased in advance to ensure facility is available. If you register online please follow up to schedule your time for facilities.

REV+FLOW is a dynamic, low impact workout that's easy on your joints without compromising the intensity of your workout. No matter if your activity level can be described as using it or losing it, all fitness levels are welcome. Typically, REV+FLOW participants quickly start to see improvements in their range of motion, strength and flexibility. This 45 minute workout is an excellent way to start your day.
