    CORE DE FORCEIs a mixed martial arts-inspired workout. In this non-contact, high-energy, total-body sculpting class you will combine movements from western Boxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, and more using only your body weight to get AMAZING results. Classes focus on agility, control, balance, and precision. It’s a high-energy workout, with 3-minute Rounds of fight combinations, spikes, and conditioning movements. Throughout the class, the focus is core-centric movement designed to develop a strong, powerful core. Participants move at their own pace, finding the sweet spot of purposeful technique, and challenging tempos. This makes the class appropriate for seasoned athletes and beginners alike.

    LADIES INTERMEDIATE GROUP GOLF LESSON SERIESThis series is structured for women who have completed the Beginner Ladies Series or feel their game is ready for the next level of instruction.Our vision in this series is to focus on correct fundamentals.Emphasis will be on grip, stance and posture and how it relates to overall ball striking.Full swing and short game (chipping, pitching and putting) will be covered.Range balls are included, clubs are available if needed.You will have the chance to play on the course after the last class.Registration deadline is May 16th for Session 1 and June 20th for Session 2.
  • Morning Gentle Yoga

    MORNING GENTLE YOGALearn your poses with an emphasis on breathing, physical awareness and relaxation. The foundations for this class will be proper alignment, breathing techniques and guided meditation. There will be modifications of poses and the option to use chairs and blocks to help the student with poses. Dress in loose comfortable clothing. Bring a small blanket, a strap and your own yoga mat. Some yoga mats, blocks, straps, and blankets will be available for use.*New- in association with the Veterans Yoga Project, this class will be offered for free to veterans.     NIGHT CLUB SLOW DANCENo Partners needed, Open to all, Adults, Kids, Teens, Seniors…This class will offer dance patterns and “moves” that will be usable in small spaces. Night clubs, parties, weddings and more. Various under arm turns and cross turns for both dancers are easily done.     PARENT & CHILD(AGE 7 PLUS) DANCE LESSON Learn a few fun steps for any event coming up. Age 7 and up, all to attend, couple not required. We will learn a slow promenades, box step, lindy step, polka and line dance. Bring your dance shoes and a change of shoes. Grandparents, aunts, uncles, friends etc… can come too.     POWER YOGASet to music, this challenging and rewarding class will help build strength, increase flexibility, and find focus.Power Yoga is a Vinyasa yoga class, meaning students flow through yoga sequence linking each breath to a different posture.The movement helps build heat within the body and allow participants to sink deeper into each posture.This class is perfect for beginning and intermediate yogis.We’ll spend time in the first few sessions breaking down the postures and flowing at a moderate pace to help learn or refine the fundamentals of vinyasa yoga.     WEDDING DANCE—PROM NIGHT WORKSHOPIt is not too late and this spring is a good time for those two left feet or two right feet to get going to dance at the Wedding. We will practice the First Dance, PLUS the other dances at the wedding. We have two hours to dance and practice. We will do a slow dance, box step, lindy and line dance. Dance floor protocol, the beginning of the dance, the ending, finish with a flourish and more. Bring the heels, shoes for the wedding or the event. Invite your friends, more the merrier!!
