  • Morning Yoga (Level 1)

    Morning Yoga (Level 1)Morning Yoga (Level 1) takes your yoga practice one step further. This customizable class helps strengthen and care for the physical and emotional body. Each class will begin with a breathing and mindfulness exercise, followed by a longer standing series to strengthen and care for all parts of the body. For the final portion of class, practitioners return to the mat for stretching and rejuvenation. This class moves at a slightly faster pace, but still allows students ample time to customize each posture to their individual body. Instructors are at-the-ready to help each participant figure out what works best, taking into consideration any joint concerns or injuries, as well as requests to increase the intensity, as desired. Bring a yoga mat and water. Optional: Bring two yoga blocks, blanket, and yoga strap.   • Slow Flow Yoga

    Yoga: Slow Flow This is an intentionally slower paced flow class consisting of fewer poses and transitions than faster paced classes. We will focus on matching breath to movement while emphasizing deep stretching and moving mindfully with intention. Pick & Choose Classes that fit your schedule and mood. ALL CLASSES ARE SUITABLE FOR ALL LEVELS. Purchase a punchcard good at all three classes or drop in.
  • Yoga: Yin/Restorative

    Yoga: YIN/Restorative This class will consist of passive, long held yoga poses done on the ground while utilizing props (pillows, blankets, blocks and/ or straps). With a focus on stillness, comfort and deep breathing. Poses may be held 3-5 minutes allowing time for the physical body to adapt and get the most benefit out of each asana. This class will leave you feeling rested, relaxed and rejuvenated. Students are encouraged to bring any props they may have from home. Pick & Choose Classes that fit your schedule and mood.
