Youth Flag Football League Entering Gr. 3 & 4 The focus will be to build the fundamental skills of football while incorporating intramural competition. The first few practices will be spent working on skills and drills, teams will be formed, and then round robin competition will occupy the remainder of the nights. Teams will be divided in order to ensure maximum participation. One or two volunteer parent coaches are needed for each team. There will be 6 to 8 teams. Participants supply their own spikes and mouthguards (both are optional). Entering Gr. 3-4 Tues. & Thurs. 6:00 – 7:15 PM Tentatively September 4 – Oct. 9 $65 (Includes T-shirt)

The first 3-4 practices will be spent working on skills and determining positions. Players will learn and play multiple positions on offense and defense. Competition will consist of participation in area league play. A minimum of two volunteer parent coaches are needed for each team. All coaches will be required to be USA Football “Heads Up” certified. Questions or coaching interest -- please contact Ed Rundell at erundell@wm.k12.mn.us prior to Aug 10th. Equipment: Helmet, shoulder pads, and pants are provided. Participants must supply a mouthguard and spikes (spikes are optional). Royals Youth Football Camp Entering Gr. 1-5 Participants will work with the Royals Varsity Football staff and players in order to learn the fundamentals of offense and defensive play. Participants will work on throwing, catching, running with the football, and blocking. Defensive line, linebacker, and defensive back techniques will be introduced. Touch drills and games will be incorporated throughout. Instructors: WM Football Staff

Royals Football Youth Camp Entering Gr. 6-8 Participants will work with the Royals Varsity Football staff and players to learn the fundamentals of offense and defensive play. Quarterbacks, receivers, and running backs will work together on basic pass routes and all players will learn the basics of offensive line play.
